The light standards in the median of Paseo Montejo are decorated with Santa, a tree, a candle, or an angel and the large shade trees lining both sides of the boulevard are adorned with light strings.Paseo Montejo, about two and a half blocks from my apartment, is one of the major boulevards with traffic running in both directions.
