Argentinean President Nestor Kirchner puts the Argentinean military on notice, telling it "I want to make it clear that as president, I am not afraid; I am not afraid of you" and "We want the army of San MartÃn, Belgrano and Mosconi and not that of those who murdered their own brothers and sisters, such as Videla, Galtieri, Bignone and Viola", generals of the country’s last military junta which unleashed a reign of terror on their own population.
